Unlocking Shoes Problem

Hey Guys i Unlocked all the shoes in the NBA store but some shoes are still locked what's wrong? Do you know any way to unlock all the shoes? Note:I have all of seraph's shoes installed

That problem often occurs if you don't save your Settings afterwards...

U should just get Seraph's or Kuttan's shoes. They are way better in quality, the ones EA made suck!

I already said i have all of seraph's shoes and still some of the shoes are locked, i'm looking for a way to unlock every shoe in the game.
And i have bought every shoe in the store they appear to be unlocked in the store but are unavailable when selecting them in Edit Player
