An error with DB Commander v. 5.67

Hello again guys.I downloaded this program to edit the teamgear.dbf file,but when I want to open this file (inside NBA LIVE 06/saves/NLSC0506) this message appears:

"An error occurred while attempting to initialize the Borland Database Engine"

I think it could be because I don´t have the serial number for this version.

Can somebody help me (again ) ???? Thx.
