Dynasty Crash - Game crashes at "Resign Players" s

Postby philtrated on Mon Mar 13, 2006 8:58 am

I just finished my season and was starting off-season tasks but the game crashes everytime I go to resign players. I have tried reinstalling the game and dropping my saved game back in but it still crashes. I have had the TNT patches, shoe and court patches previously installed, would this be the reason the game crashes?

cheers :)

Could be a problem with birthstate.dbf and/or birthtown.dbf, they seem to be problematic this year. You can try replacing those files in your Dynasty save with the default birthtown.dbf and birthstate.dbf files from the originaldb folder or the NBA Live 06 CD.

Thanks, I just tried that but it still crashes. Is there anyway you could take a look at my saved game folder to try and work out why this is happening? A huge favour for a fellow Novocastrian? :)

when the game crashes, there's usually a screen with an 'ok' button that gives you some description of the error.

if you can post it than maybe we can help
