I AM TRYING TO SIGN THEN RETIRE REGGIE MILLER BUT I AM A CAP OF 2.1M AND HE IS SAKING FOR 3.42M FOR 1 YEAR. 3.15M IS MY CAP. WHEN THEY SAY HE WOULD TAKE IT BUT THE CAP IS FUCKING UP. HELP.

offer miller with a 3.15M contract and see if he accepts or offer him more than one year and change the percentage to a negative number so that his salary for his first year is lower, but next year's would be higher. Or you can trade some of your players to other teams to give u more cap space.
