Sun Mar 12, 2006 12:32 pm

MJ_realm, I have VP60, VP61, and VP62. Will they all work with this program?

Never mind, I just read the documentation. VP60 only.

this sounds very great!!! can't wait to see the first intros!

Read the documentation, you have to convert your avi with vitualdub using the VP6 codec and have uncompressed audio at 16 bit, 44.1 khz. Then you can convert it with the EA VP6 Encoder.

Sun Mar 12, 2006 1:36 pm

I read the documentation, did everything correct with the virtualdub program (vp6 codec, audio 16 bit and 44.1khz)

EDIT: Actually, my error is: Type: Video, Error: Overflow. then just Error er: #0

Sun Mar 12, 2006 1:44 pm

I have an error, too. After I successfully converted my video, I put it in the movies directory as intro.vp6. After the EA sports intro, it shows the splash screens and hangs on trying to play the video. Is there a resolution or frame rate that the file should be? My resolution was 640x480, my frame rate was 24(23.976).

Sun Mar 12, 2006 4:06 pm

error
I did everything what the HELP file says (prepared the avi etc..).BUT
I'm getting an error which says:

Type: Video
Error: Overflow
Err#:6

and

Error:
Err#: 0

to long video?to loud audio...?

Sun Mar 12, 2006 8:18 pm

Anybody did this ?I mean who got it to change the intro...?cause I'm still getting same errors
