As mentioned on the main page...my patch site is now a subsite of the NLSC (still building it). All my work so far for nba live 2003 can be found on my new website. I lost all my patches from previous lives..so those aren't there....but whatever work i do will be there from now on. So if you like crappy patches...check out my site (y)

Retro version that kobe wore. It's at my site; I had to do it from scratch cause it was impossible to make the colorway from the other version. What do you guys think?

i have an idea :shock:

since yohannce posts all these high quality pics, adn when u have to resize them in the fsh, they get all fuzzy, why not save these big pics in dds format? i mean it does save some quality. i forgot where to get the .dds plugin for adobe, but just search, its out there. (of course u have to have photoshop for this :roll:

)

Mad, saving the shoes in hi-res like this is only to show the shoes off... you won't save any quality saving them in THAT resolution in .dds, you will tho if you save it in .dds after you resize them in photoshop to 128x128.

as for the shoes, nicely done Yohance, but why spend time on shoes that have already wonderfully been done by Steve?

Mad : i looked into the .dds thing but i couldn't find the download for it. Thanks for the tip though.

Tony: I didn't know Steve did these shoes...but as we've seen before, ..there are many duplicates in live 2003 patching. As i recall...you did a spree update with jeans after i did a spree update with jeans. If i had to stop myself from doing a patch cause someone else did it...then i wouldn't get any work done. Nothing really wrong with a patch being done twice...cause every patcher does work in his own style. It maybe the same shoe...but it's style might appeal to other people..if u get what i mean. (y)

Yea i agree on that metter with Yohance here...

the more shoes or any other patches of any kind, the better.

that way ppl can really choose a patch they want more. coz every guy here has his own opinion.

sharpening does work, but sometimes it shows the shoe a bit too sharp, and it looks "radioactive" looking :shock:

you don't have to sharpen the whole image, just use the lasso-tool or the magic wand or something and then sharpen the marked areas...
sharpen edges works sometimes also..., but not for the small images...

o umm by the way, yohannce, i'll look for that download and post the link here. u can also use it to save quality on jerseys (which is very useful and cyberfaces, but faces dont really lose quality so....
