Game Crashes on Save\Load Menu

Hi Guys.
i've installed the game and it's always crashes!
not only on the save\load menu but on other menus as well.
here's the specs:

CPU : AMD Athlon 64 3200+
Motherboard : DFI nF4 Ultra
Memory : 1 GB 400MHZ DDR Samsung
Graphics : Leadtek Winfast PX7800 GT Extreme (256 MB)

if any other spces needed please let me know.

did you buy the game or did you downloaded it ?
if you buyed the game take it back to the store
