With which programm i can open screenshots from the game?

You can either go about it the regular way and click the screenshot button, or you could click the [Prt Scr] button (located to the right of the F12 button).
When you click the screenshot button, the file will be placed in your /My Documents/NBA LIVE 06/screenshots/ folder, and be in .tga format. You can open that format by either using an advanced program such as Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro, or you could use a converter. Just google for 'free tga converter' or something like that and I'm sure you'll find it.
When clicking the the [Prt Scr] button the computer will take a snapshot of whatever you have on your screen at the moment and copy it to the clipboard. So you just open up an image program (such as MS Paint or Adobe Photoshop), create a new document and paste it.
