I think I got it for the most part but what exactly does PLAYERPKG do? Is it for pics? Can i add my own or something?

PLAYERPKG: Cyberface ID. First two letters of first name, first five letters of surname (eg ALHENDE)

LEARNING: Learning Attribute - used with Destiny to determine the likelihood a player will improve with training

WORKETHIC: Work Ethic Attribute - determines the likelihood a player will stay in shape as well as improve with training

By scrolling through all WORKETHICS I am assuming that 0 is the best and 4 is the worst? Am I right?
