install problem

well, this is my first post and ive been really wanting to play nba live, so i got it while installing my game just stops at 53%, i've been looking around on the forum and nothing is stated about this problem. if you can help me please do so.

post your specs. and is it a legal copy of the game or did you download i?

its legal, i took it back to the store cause on the way to my house i guess i dropped it or something so they gave me a new copy alls well, but i do have 1 questiion. were do i get roster updates?
