Shoes problems

Hi,
I'm trying to install a jordan's shoes, and I've installed Real shoe patch 5.0(Complete version) to have it. But the most of the shoes didn't appear in the game (a pink shoes for all new models showed).
I've followed the readme.

What's happening? What I'm doing bad?

put the shoesacc.dbf in ure save file
