How can I add afro haircut to a white guy??

Use someone's hair.ebo who had an afro and re-name it.

Damn, I have to look it up. Umm ... sgsm/players/plyrgrb.viv and find a hair.ebo for someone with an afro, then rename it to whoever the player is that you want to give the afro to.
