The problem of number

I have already update the latest display card driver
But when i start the game , it always hang.

Is your video card's chipset supported by NBA Live 2003?

The MX series seems to have a problem with NBA Live 2003 - most people who have this card have had to update their drivers. You mentioned you've already done that, so I'm not sure what else you can do. I suggest consulting EA's tech support site and perhaps getting in touch with them about the problem.
