L.A. Clippers Home and Away fictional Jerseys

Postby Patr1ck on Fri Jan 06, 2006 8:14 pm

These are my first jerseys, please tell me what you think and if you might want to download them. I plan on changin the away jerseys because they look a little orange. I'm going to add the neck trim to match the away jerseys. I haven't touched the numbers, should I change their color or style? How about the name color?

I think the home one looks awful, too much contrast, but I like the idea. And yeah the away one isn't red enough. Fix it and it'll be better. :)

 I've been telling my giraffe to wipe more often, too. With that long neck they can even.....uhhhh...nevermind.

Thanks for your input.

Ok, I'll add more to it and increase contrast a bit to bring out details, thanks.

The white part on the jersey is the specular lighting, its not in the actual jersey

the texture is very ugly, maybe scrap and try something new with no so much grunge to it.

It just doesn't look like how the jersey would actually crease. Make the creases in more realistic areas and have them fold differently... But keep at it...

Thanks, I made the texture smooth in adobe, but some of the creases come out jagged in game, I'm gonna release the away jersey, and then use the same method that I used on it for the home jersey, to get better results. Maybe I'll use an overlay that was given out. I just wanted to keep that shiny silver look for the home, but when I mess with it it comes out like a flat gray.
