anyone making a upcoming rookie roster patch

the upcoming draft making me very excited about the upcoming 2003 - 2004 season .

I'll probably add rookies to the NLSC roster update after the draft, but not before. I'm planning to release a few updates in the offseason, in case anyone wants to start their season early, or play a few exhibition games with the new signings.
