alternate shoes with jerseys

is there a way to assign alternative shoes for players. i know in 03 and 04 we could.

I loved '03's custom art structure. With the folders and stuff we could edit. A different headband and different accessories for every single jersey.

Now we just dump them in ...\NBA Live 06\sgsm\ and we don't have half the stuff we had then.

I mean only in custom art.
