Lee Nailon new face request!

Lee Nailon has had a horrible face since forever.. it is too small for him body and he looks retarted.. if you guys care to go ingame and check, you will see.. it simply doesnt match.. can anyone outthere do a whole new headshape.. i will help with choosing which one..
