making new headbands

How could I edit and add the headband to the game

I know where are headbands located and I know that they must be extracted with nfshtool, but I don't know how to edit and add them to the game

hm, would be nice. ... well, if you know where they are, use the tool to extract em and use photoshop edit then import back in
