How to win trophies in ps2?

Hello I am new in nba 2006 and also here in forum.
I have two questions.
1-I created a player and I played and won 3 points in "All Star Weekend" but when I went to see if I had unlocked the trophy I saw it wasn´t unlocked. What kind of event I have to play to unlock the trophies?
2-My last question is if there is any way to update all the teams by internet or I have to do it by myself (I have ps2)?

(1) If you want to unlock a trophy for All Star Weekend, you have to win the 3 point contest to unlock the 3 point trophy, win the slam dunk contest to unlock the slam dunk trophy, and have the highest stats (for example, your player has the most points in the whole game) for the All Star game to unlock the All Star game trophy.

(2) You'll probably have to update the teams all by yourself because it's unlikely that you'll get an online roster patch anytime soon.

About your first answer just a question. Do I have to play in Dynasty Mode or I can play just "All Star Weekend" to unlcoked?

You'll have to play in Dynasty Mode for the trophies.

Yeah you have to be on the PS2 online network though (I'm not). If you can play online, you should be able to download the patch.

yeah otherwise theordically u can get trophies without playing any dynasty, so only within dynasty
and remember to save ur settings or they go bye bye

Ya I just downloaded it and you get some missing player like Smush Parker and all missing rookies.
