Problems With Salaries

When you use a tweaked patch after the season when you have correct salaries when the patch downgrades alot of the good players overall rating as it does, players in FA suffer because of this and end up asking for a million dollars when they are worth way more. I've upped the salaries max so even 75-80 rated people ask for 8 Million but that's still not enough when Jermaine O'Neal would command more in real life. Anyone figured out a solution?

Long story short, tweaked rosters aren't suited for Franchise Mode, so don't use them for Franchises. However, if Tweaked rosters are the only thing that allow you to enjoy the game, the best solution I can offer is to use the Toolkit to edit the player salaries to realistic/acceptable figures.

Well I edit the salary file and it seemed to do a decent job in free agency as the higher players wanted in the 8-14 million dollar range even though they had been downgraded.
