Have you figured out what these two new categories in the .dbf do exactly? If so, have you figured out how to use them yet?

I'm not Andrew but it might have something to do with how fast they improve with training

i think work ethic is how hard a player works like and the end of a season the player can put on weight if he has a low work ethnic

I'm aware of them, but I haven't done anything with them in the rosters yet.

i think its for the dynasty mode!...it serves as a determining factor on how your player will improve on his skills!...that's what i think!

there is also a teamchem file all values are -1 I wonder if it is changed, team chemistry effects the teams on dynasty mode or in the match all players play for themselves not forthe team
