Slider Questions

I recently switched to Superstar and am using a posted slider set. I was hoping someone could comment on my questions please.

1). game speed - i can't seem the get the right balance between scoring and game speed. i tried 11 minutes at speed of 35 and that was too high. then i see some of you are using game speed in the 40s-50s? aren't you scores too high.

2). i have cpu defense at about 90. i am hoping to cut down on my in the paint baskets. it does work. but this also makes shooting jumpers nearly impossible becuase you rarely get an open look. the only way seems to create your own shot off the dribble. i do pass to the open man but by the time the pass gets there (way too slow) the defender has superhumanly gotten back to the spot. any ideas on this please?

3). I see that everyone is using human long shot at around 37. this seems way too low. i have the cpu at 35 and jason kidd went 7-11 as i double teamed him and high pressured him. on the other hand van excel missed most of his wide open shots. are you using shot control?

4). basically, i want to create a more outside game and not go inside every play. my shot chart is all red from the outside and then all blue from the inside (except for the couple missed layups that are pure comical).

5). outside defenders are always bumping me and knocking me off my route. is this because of the high cpu defense slider? it seems they are always guarding me with high pressure. i do get a lot of fouls but this is not realistic.
