dbf Editing for Created Player PROB' WHIT FACEID

hi i get the roster patch from andrwe but when i try to edit the smush parker faceid #1073 i cant see this player in the appearance.dbf

Search on the APPEARID = 1073. This corresponds to Smush Parker.

this is the problem, ther is no APPEARID = 1073 and i find out that players like pet burk have the same problem...(players that created in the game ther APPEARID dont showin up)

This is a problem with Andrew's roster that everyone is having. I think the best thing to do is forget about it for now and wait for him to fix it in the next roster.

I was able to get smush parker's cyberface by editing the corresponding columns for APPEARID= 2031. If you compare the players.dbf and appearance.dbf you'll see that these IDs go together. I just changed APPEARID = 2031 to 1073 and set the faceid = -1

How were you able to work out that 2031 was Parker's corresponding APPEARID? I'd like to know so I can work out how to get the other missing players fixed as well.

I just looked at the players.dbf and you'll see that james singleton is PLAYERID=2030 and than you have smush parker and pat burke at 1073 and 1072, respectively. The next PLAYERID is 2033 for Rawle Marshall, so i just assumed that smush's APPEARID would correspond with 2031. Before I edited it, I made sure that the height, weight, and color actually fit smush parker (which it does). If you look at the next APPEARID (2032) it looks like it matches Pat Burke (based on the height (6-11), weight (250),and color (0)), which makes sense since in the players.dbf pat burke was right below smush parker.

Now I haven't gone through to see if this is right for everyone else below these guys but it worked for smush parker (I haven't gotten a cyberface and portrait for Burke yet).
