PS2 or PC?

Postby joeyko2000 on Tue Nov 01, 2005 11:03 pm

Dear guys,
i have been out of this forum for awhile, but i am still with the game.
now i have been away from home for a few weeks but i am going to go home this weekend, and i am ready for the new game.
what is in my mind is, between PS2 version and PC version, which one is a better choice?
my PC config is a bit low so i may not be able to have high resolution result. but i have been using keyboard on the game since nba live 98.

also in my mind is that, if i choose the PS2 version, i cannot apply roster and other patches easily...

so, this time, i am thinking to have the PS2 version to immediately have the quality game without spending much money on new display card. but i am still in mystery.
can anyone give me some suggestion? is there big difference between te two version?
thanks in advance!

I would take the PC version so you can edit the rosters.

After playing on both machines, PC win over PS2 by 99% for graphics, gameplay, and pleasure.

The gameplay is exactly the same, so the advantages/disadvantages basically come down to the PC version's ability to be modded, saved screenshots/boxscores and better graphics if you've got the hardware; for the console, system requirements aren't an issue, there's no worries about the controller and you may be able to play in more comfort.

pc version for the same reason andrew mentioned. the game would suck so bad for me personally if i wasnt able to modify it to my liking. an example would be the ability to put in your favourite player's shoes or something of that nature.
