Can I find manual, more info somewhere before I go buy 06?!

Hi,

It has been a while since I played the Live games and it seems there are alot of new features like Freestyle Control, the 10-Man Freestyle concept and things like backdown button that didn't exist just a couple of years ago.

Could anybody please upload the manual or tell me where I can find more info about the basics of this game. I can't even find a good PC review of it that explains everything. Isn't there a demo with a manual, instructions or something?..

Anybody has any good links for more core info about features in this game? It seems the game has changed alot compared to a couple of years ago!
