Need some help regarding headshapes

I've made my own cyberface, and put it into a created player. Now i want to use the Chris Mihm headshape for that player, but i dunno how to. What should i do?

Extract from ...

plyrgrb
plyrgrc
plyrgrd
plyrlodb
plyrlodc
plyrlodd

Extract all of Chris Mihm's thing you can find and rename it to whatever your cf is.
