question about my controllerT_T

i bought it 2 weeks ago and it was working fine. today, when i played nba with keyboard, everything was fine. when i connected with my air flo controller a while later, things screwed up! in season mode, the game auto exits when its loading the game, and in game exhibition mode, i couldnt move players, shoot, and etc... does anyone know what's going on? this cant relate to the patch im using, can it? someone give me some opinions plz before i try it out again(cant play right now)
