Cant load Jerseys

OK. I downloaded Tony's 2003-2004 cavs jerseys, I did what the readme file said. When I open the game the same old cavs Jerseys appear. If any one can help that would be nice

The batch file didn't work correctly for me, so here you are.
Create a file in render called 'xteam,' there will be one that's a .viv file and one that doesn't work already there, delete the one that doesn't work (Make sure it's NOT the xteam.viv file) then put the jersey files (claway.fsh, claway_num.fsh, clhome.fsh, and clhome_num) into that file.

OK. I did what colin826 told me to do and I enabled the custom-art feature. When ever I play as/or cleveland, this message comes up
"NBA2003 caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL"
On the loading screen and the game crashes.
