It stops people from joining just for a signature and then leaving right after they get it. Plus, he has two posts so you don't know if he's a quality poster yet or not. Signatures should only be made to quality posters who actual contribute something to the site. This guy has not done that yet.

It's just like the NBA, a rookie has to prove himself to the veterans that he's worthy of being part of the team. (Y)

Since it says "Fuck Yo Couch Nigga" in the animation, I'm guessing he doesn't really mind if "Bitch" is spelt out.
