adding cyberfaces

Postby Cable on Tue Sep 27, 2005 10:15 am

Sorry if this has been addressed, I searched through and didn't get much.

How exactly do you add cyberfaces to Live 03? I've never done it, and I attemped to use wisdom's rosters but ran into a problem with the cyberfaces. I downloaded the roster, the coaches, wisdom's rookies and the 03 draft #1, yet to do #2. From what I've read, you have to add the folder 'xplayer' and 'xcoach' to the render folder, but what do you do after that? Do you put all the cyberface files directly into the xplayer folder, or do you create new folders inside xplayer and put the c-face files in it? I tried the second option, but I get black faces for those players.

I actually did this on my cousin's pc, so I won't be able to try again for a while. All I want to know is what to do to make the roster work

I did, I think. To do that you change the line to 'cutstomart 1', right?

Yes, your customart is enabled. When you download these files, the cyberfaces are on diferent folders right? Just extract these folders to the xplayer directory (for rookies) and to xcheads directory (for coaches).

I finally found time to try it while I was at my cousin's for Thanksgiving. Very easy problem to solve, I had named the folder in Render 'xplayers', instead of 'xplayer'. Thanks for the help Diogo :)
