what Detail settings do you guys all use for the live and whats the difference between the different kind of filters?

i have everything maxed out at 1600X1200 with Vsync and Trilinear on

highest resolution, maxed out, looks great.
This sig was too offensive for the kids.

I have it on max as well. As for the filters though, I have no idea which one is best; I used to think that Anistotropic was the best, but I can't see any difference from either of them. Perhaps someone could shed some light on the matter...
