Changing Superstar Abilities in Online/Exhibition

Okay, i have RTFM and asked about a million people and searched everywhere, i cant figure out how to do it, or if it's even possible. I know how do to change them indynasty, thats not what im asking, does anyone here know how to change the superstar classification/abilities for players in regular Online or Exhibition games?

i hate to bump, but no one has responded, and someone must know!

going into the roster menu and changing it has no effect online either. there must be a way, but how?

Just like in dynasty go to roster management for regular games...

You could look for yourself..I mean..seriously..

As i said, that dosent work for online games.
