Im doin a Celts Dynasty, and I want Green to be a HighFlyer, how can I convert Green into a HF?

If you do it without cheating you'll have to develope him over the years, it may take more than 1 year, you will have to train him regularly in jumping etc. with your trainer that you hire. So you dont really have to cheat and make his ratings perfect in the dunking/jumping categories, just put it at the minimal requirement to be a highflyer
