WHERE IS MY CREATED PLAYER FSH FILE!

Im new to this patching game but Im trying to change the cyberface on my created player file, but I cant find it in the xplayer.viv?! can anyone help me please on how to find my created player .viv file or instructions on how to change his face. Thanks for the help!

The created players aren't in the xplayer file as they're not original players all the different types of faces and hair are in the xpotato.viv file. In that file the faces are full, but bald, and the hair is just placed in the right spot with a black background.
