I am wondering that how do you change the team wins and losses in a season?

And I heard that there was some program that can change that, if there is please send it to me!!!!!

It's called a .dbf editor and you can download it by searching on google for a "dbf editor."

actualy that is a great idea, cos when u play a season with a tweaked roster the wins and losses stuff up by editing them in the dbf you could make them more realistic

I have the dbf editor and when you edit the home/away wins and losses, nothing happens!

it's the same standings and stuff. Or i am doing something wrong.

If you know how to change the wins or losses tell me.

depends on witch file your editing. if you edit a franchise save then you will see the diffrence

As Jerry said, make sure you are editing the correct files - the ones in your Franchises' save slot - the file you need to edit is teams.dbf. See the Teams.dbf Editing Guide for more details.

That's correct. The home and away wins and losses are added up when displaying your overall record - there's no overall wins/losses fields.

Ok. I changed the home/away wins and losses for my season and the overall standings did not change!

Could you only change the wins in franchise or season too?

I know I look dumb by asking the same question over and over again, but I have to figure this out.

To be honest, I've never tried changing my win/loss record. However, those are the only fields you could change that would affect the standings.

The only thing I could suggest would be to make sure you edit the other teams so that their records are consistent with yours (ie so the record doesn't show you both won a game).
