O File Help Please

What program do you guys use to edit the O file. I only know how to edit the FHS and some other, but the O file is still a mystery to me.

well u can use oedit but at nfscars.com there is news that some guy cracked o files so there should be new oedit out. here is where u can download it http://oedit.nd4spdworld.com/site/download-oedit.php
