I have some sad news for everyone.. It's official. Cyanides mom had a miscarriage. The doctor said the boys penis was so abnormally large that the baby just couldnt come out. :roll:

anyways i jogged early today. ala rocky....to get my stamina up. dont want to get knock out early you know. what else is good to not have spaghetti legs after being punched 20x in the temple? any advice?
