well at such early stage, there are drugs out there that can dry up or do something inside the girl. that should aswell bring her period back soon. but not after she has to suffer the side effects. which is a lot. not to mention the trauma that would lead. ok enough of my evil minded suggestion. i will surely be fried up in hell if i continue to stir you up :D anyways how blantly we may said we cannot be good fathers yet. i guess if we weigh things down, the subject at hand is "ARE YOU READY FOR THE RESPONSIBILITY" of having a youngster around, if not well you can think of methods like the one above (N)

Yeah, I would really like my fiancée taking drugs. Aspecially the hormonealtering kind that rejects a fetus in the cruelest way possible for the carrient. And particularly the ones that are only safe to use up to 72 hours after impregnation.

Instead of blaming the kid for screwing up your plans, you could blame yourself (probably easier), which might spare the kid some future, "Mommy, why does daddy hate me?" quotes... or you could learn to love the child as your own and end up being grateful to have the child.

Assuming the missus wants to keep it. You haven't heard anything about whether she would keep it or not?

Habbakuk wrote:And if I did convince her to preform an abortion, wouldn't that aswell be something that could drive us apart?

The irony of it all...

I warned Indy before when he had that attitude, and unfortunately, the same thing happens to him... Let's all cross our fingers and hope this will not ever happen to you.

Ok, brooding time is over. Time to pull it together. This is fucking silly.

If she's pregnant, she is. Not much more to it. If she wants to have an abortion, she can and I'll be supportive. If she can't/wont I'll still be supportive. Peripherial circumstances doesn't matter, I want to be with her.

Wed Aug 03, 2005 1:26 pm

Excellent! (y) Good decision. You'll always be happier when she's around, child, or no child.

Its time to tell your girlfriend to take the dreaded pregnancy test. (N)

Wow, that was a huge help to him, since he never ever in his lifetime would have thought of that.

But now I don't need to, because... gentlemen - we have menstruation.

I'm going to get so pished tomorrow (when I get a day off).

Whoopie!

Hooray for blood
Well since you didn't want it, it's all for the best. Unless she now gets thinking about how wonderful it would be...

Thu Aug 04, 2005 7:05 am

LMFAO, you should make a party or something... (Y)

As Dahl put it...
Hooray for blood

The call went:

Me (asleep): Fgnnr?
Her: WHOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
I'M BLEEDING!
Me (still asleep): Gh? Is that good?
Her: IT'S MY PERIOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!
Me (very awake): WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Then general rejoicing. She didn't want it at all, just didn't want an abortion.

BLOOD ORGY!!!

No seriously, it's time to pull up another old quote:

Told you my life is this way. Didn't ask for it, don't want it. But what can you do?

Thu Aug 04, 2005 8:13 am

Hehe, hooray, we're not losing a poster due to baby. (Now only if we could lose Coolmac due to this.)

Thu Aug 04, 2005 10:36 am

LOL, great news man!!
I'm glad it turned out well. (Y) (Y) (Y)

You're not pretty good with sarcasm eh?

So he though of that, obviously he is yet to actually put those thoughts into action and so i advised him to tell his girl to take the test.

Anyways, great news Habbakuk. (Y) Hopefully she really is having menstruation instead of just having vaginal discharges due to pregnancy.

Thu Aug 04, 2005 2:46 pm

thats what i'm trying to imply...lets not rain on his parade now Game

congrats, I felt the same way last Sunday morning when my gf got her period.....she was about 9 days late and I was sweating....I could have handled the "baby" outcome like you could have, but there is still much to do before I wanna teach a kid how to setup for a textbook jumpshot....

get drilled buddy, drink a lot of vodka (you're Swedish I think, so I'm just putting 2 and 2 together)....

Thu Aug 04, 2005 8:32 pm

Ahhh... the perfect way to mold a young person's future personality... basketball drills!!!

Thu Aug 04, 2005 11:00 pm

X, are you going to be one of those fathers that plays tapes of instructional basketball drills next to your kid when it's sleeping? (kidding)

Habba, I'm guessing you followed my advice and made an animal sacrifice? Way to go man.

Thu Aug 04, 2005 11:26 pm

Stop bagging X, if Jalen Rose can drill his kid, so can X. Then again, X isn't a professional basketball player, is he?

X, I suggest you teach him how to drink. (Y)

(No, not implying anything. )

Fri Aug 05, 2005 12:41 am

The absolute first thing I'll teach my kid is how to use the toilet and clean himself properly. I'll be fucked if I'm cleaning up some little bastards shit just because he can't control himself.

 good in theory, but the thing about my sibling and I are that we didn't learn to drink, it's in our blood  my brother and I always wondered why we were binge drinkers (when drinking, granted it's less than it was when I was at uni) when our parents don't drink at all....the answer came when my granddad was over from NZ....during a bbq, he drank with my bro and I, and he was downing the red wines like anyone's mumma and actually not only keeping up, but advancing ahead....my brother and I looked at each other and at that point realised where the drinking gene had come from....

so I might not have to teach any potential kid that, as it's already in the blood
