was making dinner last night cutting a carrot for a bolognese.. the fking carrot rolls on me knife goes straight into the top joint of my middle finger on the left hand.. nearly touches bone, fortunately no tendom damage.. happened with a big fucking knife too.. like a 15" blade.. there's a scratch in my finger nail (the only reason I didn't go straight through).. blood was pissing everywhere.. fuck man.. just a lttle more weight behind the blade and it would've gone straight through and sliced the top joint off..

that split second shit.. like being in a car accident (been in a mild one before) fken freaks me out
