Hire/fire coach's

How good would this feature be. The ability to fire and hire coach's, and instead of having made up coaching's like NBA 2K3, have real coach's available, like Phil Jackson, Flip Saunders, Eric Musselman, etc.

Also, you need to have the ability to hire/fire assistant coach's as well, and possibly hire an available assistant coach as your team's head coach. Just the whole thing with coach's should be in NBA Live.

How about an option to create a coach too.have a couple of coaches in a coach pool to be selected

I believe the idea of having coaches with varying effect on team performance has been addressed in he wishlist?

Or at least I have seen it discussed somewhere, that every coach should have pro's and con's. Some coaches focusing on speed and offensive play, others on man-to-man heavy d, one giving +4 in speed the other +4 on D.
