Having trouble installing new rosters

I unzipped NLSC roster 1.04 and it won't show up in the game. I unzipped it to my documents/nba live 2003/saves folder. deleted all the old rosters
start the game and its not there. Someone give a brother a hand plz? Thx.

Did you run install.bat? Also, if you're running Windows XP, you must unzip the files to a different folder before running install.bat, see update.txt for details.
