Help on Courts Plz

I've created a court and jerseys by extracting the xxcrt.fsh file from xcourt.fsh and i used nfshtool and edited all the backboard from 16x16 to 512x512. i then clicked on index.fsh and it update the xxcrt.fsh. i then used eage to open and see all the files in the xxcrt.fsh and everything was visible. no missing picutres and my textures were updated in the xxcrt.fsh. so i put the xxcrt.fsh in /render/xcourt/ folder. i already put customart 1. in the middle, beginning and end of loading the game, the game crashes. i dunno why. everything i did was right? plz help me. i'm eager of releasing my court and jersey patch.
