Radeonator 2.0?

I have a P4 2.4 GHz, with 512 mb ram, and an ATI Radeon 9700 Pro w/ win xp. I downloaded a tweaker called Radeonator. There is a sh*t load of tweaks you can do. I only get like 30-40 fps and it jumps. Has anyone downloaded this tweaker and optimized nba live 2003? If so can you post the changed options? Thanks
