3 Point Shots - unrealistic

This issue has been irritating me for quite a while now, even though it's not that big. When a player shoots the ball and is standing on the 3 point line, the team receives 3 points if the shot is made. That's not quite realistic because when someone does that in the NBA, the shot is considered as 2 points. Can someone please post the NBA Live 2003 Support email? Hopefully EA will listen and fix this.

Especially when the PC can do it more than you. I've lost games by one point when the opposing player would shoot from a step INSIDE the 3-point line and score 3 points to win the game. In one of these I had made a shot just touching the three point line 30 seconds earlier, but had only gotten 2 points.
