Adding a player to an AllStar team

Is there any way to do this? I want to add myself in the Eastern AllStars but I don't know how. Help is appreciated.

No, you can't sign players/trade players on the all-star teams ingame.
All you have to do is:
1. Save your roster, remember the save nr, quit the game
2. If you're using the Toolkit, open it, find your saved roster, find the player that you've created.
3. Change his team to an all-star team
4. Exit it, open Live, load your saved roster
