Rebounds for Guards Tip

If you play with a team that has a guard that gets about 7 boards per game and you want him to perform up to standard or simply want to try to get a triple double or are tired of the C and PF getting 38 of the 42 team boards try this.

As soon as the cpu jumps for a shot jump with your defender and switch to the player you want to get some boards and run towards the bucket and jump, if you are in the general area and the first to jump you can get the ball 90% of the time.

Also if the shooter is way outside his range or has a low chance of making the shot because he is a real shitty shooter just let the CPU guard him and get a head start for the board.

And the best time to get the boards is when the CPU posts up because the lane is usually wide open down the middle and this allows you to swoop in first after the miss.

Of course the CPU has to miss shots for this all to be possible.

With this I had 7 boards with a 6'2" PG that has horrible rebound ratings in my last game in 3 quarters.

Good Luck

Also, you can just lock the controller on your guard, and after the player shoots, just run up and jump for the board.
