Get Faster Frame Rates for AMD Athlons!!

Ok, I have a geoforce 4 ti 4200 in my AMD Athlon 1800+
For months, I have poor framerates at around 30. Well, one day, I looked in my directx dialog and found that AGP Texturing was grayed out. I noticed that this was because my motherboard AGP driver wasn't updated. So, I went online and got the VIA 4in1 update for the Bios of my AMD Athlon and now AGP Texturing is enabled. I now get 60+ FPS. TAKE THAT PS2. Well, hope this help all of you frustrated people who want faster FPS.

i'm trying to update my bios but on asus' website they make it look like this huge deal and i wouldn't kno where to start. have any tips?

Installing software like the Via 4in1 should always be the first thing you do after formatting/installing windows, otherwise your pc will run like crap.
