Where can I find the tutorial to create cyberfaces for NBA Live 2003?
Does the NBA Live Toolkit works for Live2003 too? If yes, where can I dowload it?
How to add new teams in the game?

check the downloads on this site
youll find the toolkit
and there is also a tutorial section on the mainpage here.
it has links to cyberface tutorials as well

You don't need the toolkit for making cyberfaces. But you do need the EA Graphics editor, which is also available at this site.
