For this years FIBA edition, this is the final team list. For some further mods (should there be any) maybe, who knows, depends on those teams results and modding time.

Well, I mean it is pretty much impossible to make a championship system. So basically you can play NBA season, but mine first association when thinking about FIBA mod is Quick Game.

well it is not that bad you can wake up and download it you will have it when you wake up but i will have to stay up all night to download it and install it cause i won't sleep till it is done
