Working on the new roster structure for 2017 EuroBasket

Where can I find this game mode and download it? the 30 European teams?

You can't. It's a dead (uncompleted) project. The only thing which was needed to be done was roster editing. Unfortunately, Med suddenly disappeared, and Samke and I didn't have time to complete whole project ourselves, since we were already working on Euroleague/Adriatic League mod.
Latest version of FIBA mod was that update for European teams that were already in the roster, about a year ago.

Med missing. And the other guys in their bussiness. Its sad but project i think now is dead. I worked hard in this, and i put all my work for free use. I think that someone could "make" a new FIBA with all this material. Or Eurobasket Mod. Eurobasket could have been a mod independent of FIBA, i think.

That's awesome, i want to join you, I have been preparing for the Chinese men's basketball World Cup for a long time(but in nba 2k11, which is my favorite game). I can provide you the Chinese national team and maybe other Asian countries teams. I like your Fiba 2k14 so much that I have the idea of making Fiba 2k11. I hope you can let me join.

I saw that, that is update to Med's patch, and not related to our work. And I don't want to sound lame, arrogant or something like that, but 120mb update compared to 1.84gb (FIBA 2K19 size so far), you can understand by yourself
